Less than one skein is required to knit this slouchy little brimmed tam, which should fit a newborn up to six months. Sizing was gathered from WoollyWormhead’s amazing hat sizing resource - it is best suited to a larger newborn and fit my daughter best beginning at 3 months.

This is a very easy, basic pattern - meant to inspire you to take it further! Add a stitch pattern, switch colors for the hat band, surface-crochet or embroider a design on it… WHATEVER!
