In looking at the comments on individual projects, I see that there are still several errors in the pattern…I will be updating soon.

3/7/10 It was just pointed out the the ribbing for the lower back was left out of the new version. Follow the number of rows given for the fronts…they do get sewn together after all and should match!

This is the Super updated and corrected version of this pattern…many of you complained of serious amounts of errors..they have been corrected and this pattern features Charts for individual sizes for front, back, and cable panels.

If you have already begun to knit this using the old pattern, please note that the corrected stitch counts may be different.

I am sorry for any inconvenience.

This is a shawl collar cardigan originally designed for men, but attractively worn by women as well. The bias cables are quite attractive but can be a little fussy to work if you’re not accustomed to traveling cables. This pattern is intended for intermediate to advanced knitters.
