This easy-to-knit pattern creates a lovely no-roll, textured scarf. The 4-row repeat is great for those times when a simple pattern suits your mood. A great take-along project!

Notions:
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends

Method:
Knit flat.

Skills:
Knit, purl.

Variations:
Try using a fingering/sock weight yarn and recommended needles to create a very slender scarf; using a chunky/super chunky yarn with needles two or three sizes larger than recommended on the ball band will create a wider scarf with a squishy texture. Yarn requirements will vary but the nice thing about a scarf is you can knit until you run out of yarn! Alpaca or bamboo yarn would also be a great choice.“
